Hi all,
I forgot to change my card on auto-pay to my current debit card with enough funds for my plan ($25) but did yesterday after I noticed my account had been suspended. I also made a payment for the amount it said was due ($7) and I have a balance of $10. I would really like to be able to use my phone as it's important for work etc but I'm still suspended. I can provide more info if anyone needs it.

If you have a balance of $10 in the sense of a credit, but if you still owe, unfortunately u need to pay it all off. There's no way around it

Not quite. When you choose "amount due" to pay for your plan when suspended it defaults to $10. So the OP had a $3 balance from rewards ($2 autopay+$1 loyalty=$3) so amount due prompted a $7 payment ($3+$7=$10) but the OP has the $25 plan. To reactivate they needed to make a $15 payment for the plan to reactivate. ($10+$15=$25)

I want to make sure I got that right cuz you weren't clear. You made a payment of $17.00 7. That was owed and an extra 10. If that is the case use your pH and call 611 and see what they have to say. I believe there's an option in there too reactivate your acct. But get your acct balance and plan info first.

Your welcome. I'm happy it's been resolved. Always choose "other amount" when making a payment.

Auto pay only gets triggered if there are not enough available funds in your balance to cover your plan amount. It will only attempt a payment once per 30 days.

Autopay is only attempted once. The payment must be done manually.

Your renewal would have happened yesterday if there were enough funds in the account. However, you have not made a sufficient payment for your plan. You'll need to manually pay another $15. For the payment type, select the option for other amount rather than amount due.

You need to make a top up payment of $15. Choose other amount. Confirm and submit your payment and your services should automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot if necessary.
