@Rupesh6464 Try to reactivate your plan by dialing 611 or accessing your selfserve account online and restart your phone.
If it's still a problem try the following to get plan re-activated again. (Just keep going down the list)
wait a couple of minutes and then declare your phone found by using the same steps from above and restart your phone.
If none of the above methods work submit a ticket to the Moderator Team for help. You might also want to purchase a voucher to get up and running again.

if you can't get your credit card working today. I suggest you goto this website and buy enough vouchers to cover your plan for now, so your service doesn't get disconnected while you deal with your credit card issues.

@Rupesh6464 Wow no wonder people get their accounts hacked and lose their phone numbers I would take the advice given and delete your personal information you are on a public website where everyone can see Your information

Is your accounts/phone active and working now? Was your plan suppose to renew overnight? Or are you trying to manually load funds?
You may want to call 611 from your phone to renew your plan also.

@Rupesh6464 Hello first thing you learn on a public forum everybody can see your information please click on the three dots top right hand corner and edit your post immediately After that it is very possible that you have received a new credit card lately and have not updated your expiry date in your account this happens often please check and change if this is the case good luck
