The only use recorded on my account is a daily call from (902) 580-4001 This is a number I do not know or use.   

Is there a way to prevent this?

the " daily call from (902) 580-4001" is just voicemail number, no worries.  When people called you and got route to your voicemail or when you call to check voicemail yourself, it will show up with such number on your usage log.  So, nothing to worry about and no need to stop it
