Today I tried to top up my account with 120 dollars in order to reactivate my service (I was away for about 3 months or so because I'm an international student). The problem is that I was charged 120 dollars to my debit card but no such amount of money is shown in my account and I cannot purchase a new plan and reactivate my account. Is there any way to solve this?

BEWARE 3 months is cutting it close to the account deletion date. There are only 90 days from the day a plan goes into suspension before the account is deleted and the phone number removed. If this occurs neither the phone number nor account can be recovered.
Sounds as though you just made it since you were able to access your account to make a payment. ![]()
