How in the world do you speak to an agent? I've had over $100 taken with no service. Anyone available to help solve this issue?

while you wait for CSA to help...let us know what the problem is and I bet we can help quickly. Did you try to upgrade to a different plan a coupla times or some other issue ? Have you try rebooting the cellphone to see if it works as expected ? Give us a chance to help while you wait.
