Hello I am having issues with my account I payed threw one of the koodo stores and it's not showing up in my account from last Monday and my service has been canceled could you contact me please

A lot of people are having similar issues today. Does your account show any available funds? Does it let you manual pay to renew service?

The Moderator's can take up to a day to respond back so be patient, and in the mean time we can help you trouble shoot.

@Bigbrian503 Is your phone still working? If it is then your plan is probably renewing itself, it's normal for it to say suspended during renewal. If your phone is not working then there is a problem with your account and you will need to contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

I bought it from one of the koodo locations and put the code in last week and now its telling me there is no funds and my account is suspended

@Bigbrian503 Do you mean that you bought a voucher from koodo? If you did then you have to enter it into your account yourself.

@Bigbrian503 You need to contact the Moderator directly. You can click on the Envelop icon and send to "Moderator_Team". They should be able to tell you what was going on.
