Account is on suspension. Won't let us pay online. Tried 611 but it wants four digit account PIN # which doesn't work. Need customer service phone number please

You can also dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment to restore service. Once payment is completed, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
Please note that PM is an online service so communication with a CS_Agent is by dm them.

Public Mobile does not have a customer service number to call. If they did, I would have provided it to you. We're all just other customers like you, and also have to reach them through that method.
Please reach out to customer support as I outlined earlier.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.

There is a credit card on file and we do not want to do voucher. We want to speak to Customer Service agent please. We have been doing this for the second day now. Please.. CS#

If you cannot sign into self-serve, and you don't wish to purchase payment vouchers to add via 611 (don't need PIN number for those), try reaching out to customer support.
