I cant get my account number, its always asking me to activate my sim card, when my sim card has been activated many years ago, otherwise I would be able to use my phone.

No customer service no way of logging in to change my plan or make any other updates on my account. No support whatsoever,  this ticket thing is totally useless.

Actually @BKNS27 ...  people who can't log into their accounts can't use the chatbot to create a ticket. People need to create a brand new community account to be able to create a ticket and then CS will combine them together.

It sounds like your account isn’t linked to the Eversafe ID. This is common for longtime members that didn’t link their account to Eversafe awhile back…approximately 2 years ago if I can recall.

Just type in Submit a Ticket-Contact on the Chat icon.

yes, your login cannot get to your My Account somehow.  You need PM support agent to help with the login as well as provide account number.
