My wife and I had separate phones on our family plan. Would each phone have had a separate account number?
I'm trying to port out our numbers, mine went through ok but my wife's keeps getting rejected by PM and now I've started the process my account has been removed and I no longer have access to check. Luckily I did make a copy of what I believed to be the one and only account number which as I say worked for porting out my number but not my wife's. Anyone have any ideas how I can check?

no, the account number would be different. If you cannot login to get the 2nd one, ask PM to help. Just message them

@Stanleb Yes both accounts would have had there own email , you can’t have two phone numbers on one account . Each account/ phone number had to have had its own unique email . So if trying forgot email on log in doesn’t help ask support to help you gain access to the account
