For porting out a phone number to another carrier, the account number isn't actually required. While it's advisable to use the account number when possible, using IMEI also works.

It's under Account Info on the 3rd line. Just press the eye or paper to copy it.

can you login My Account? you can find the number on the Profile page of My Account using the browser, or you can login the PM app and get the number from Account page

But if you cannot login, you can ask PM to give you the number. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
