Hello,
I need to update my credit card info that’s on file with PM. I’m an existing user and am already subscribed to a plan. However every time I try to login, either in the app or browser, it takes me to a page that says “let’s complete your activation”. I only have two options on that page: resume activation or go to login page.
Can someone let me know please why I’m stuck in this login loop, and how to get out of it?

Try to use different browser, clear cache, use incognito mode.
