Just wait for an hour and try again but clear your cache and cookie then go incognito on your browser.
Login to account and click Forgot Password.

@Alex182 Too many attempts with incorrect login info will lock you out, so wait an hour before another attempt. If you don't remember the password, then you submit a ticket via chatbot and ask for password reset. Here's a link to the chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
