Hi, my self serve account was locked and after trying allot i was unable to unlock it. It was saying that username was not correct or sometimes it says wrong password. I tried forgot password but after three steps it says that the solution was on my account but i was unable to sign in so how i will saw the solution.

Your email address is your username for your self-serve account. If you have more than one email address, check for PM welcome email after activation which will tell you which email was used for your PM account.
I just use the reset password link on the login page. I received the PM reset password email within 2 minutes. You need the answer to your security question you supplied during activation in order to access password reset function.
If you forgot your answer to your security question, create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.
After submitted a ticket, members should check their private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, You did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
You can also enable email notification after receiving a private message at your INBOX.
My settings --> PREFERENCES --> Private Messenger --> enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages'

Contact the moderators, explain your situation and ask them for a temporary password. Click on the green question mark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the auto bot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on "Account specific question" and "No I want a human" and "Submit a ticket Click me!").

So are you now able to log into your account ? Your Username is your email address.

@60xxxxx Clear your cache/cookies and use a different browser with incognito/private mode. Also you need to wait one hour before retrying now. If that doesn't work message the moderators and submit a ticket to moderators for a password reset via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in your issue, select contact us/moderators, then submit ticket when these options appear and follow the prompts to finish.

You will need to wait a little but then try again or contact the moderators.
While you are talking with them get them to change your user name from your phone number to something not as personal.
