My phone was stolen 6 days ago. I was told to get a new phone and a new SIM card. Which I did. I came back to login and activate on my account. I mistyped my password and my account has been locked since. I waited more than 3 hours to try again, and still getting the same message account locked try again in 3 hrs. I tried to change the password and each time account locked message came up
i users different browsers , computers, tablets to login still getting account blocked message.
I have no phone . I contacted a customer support agent for help. Each time to no avail.
now I cannot login to my account. Please help. Thanks
