Account locked and cant reset password

Account is locked and there is no way to unlock it.  Tried resetting the password just then just keep going around in circles telling me that my account is locked.  I also dont know my pin.

You should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon for replies.
