lost my account email id , which is linked to phone number . Please help me to find email link to my phone

You can still login to your account with your old email address and password then have the 2FA code sent by text. Once you are in your account, you can update your email address.
If you still unable to login. Just contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

@Srivick, if you click on this link: https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail
and enter your cell number Public Mobile will send an email to the email address you have on file. If you have notifications turned on then you will know which email address it was sent to but if you don't have notifications turned on for the email address then you will still need to reach out to a CS agent by clicking on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and typing: Customer Support Agent
