Account is suspended

How do I fix this? I already paid and it still says account suspended. If this can’t be fixed how do I get my money back?

I'm having the same issue, cant get into My Account either to try and fix it. But after clicking My Account it takes me to a page with just this:

 use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page  is showing status: Active.

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

But are any of your services working? Log in to your account using another browser or device and see if it says anything different.
