My normal plan is this:
42$/month
1GB Data
Unlimited Provincial Talk
Unlimited Nationwide Text
I had 21$ in credit left when my plan came time to renew on Nov. 1st.
Public Mobile removed 10$ for renewing the 30 day base plan with no add-ons
When I added 25$ to my balance (giving me a total of 36$) it did not credit me for the talk/text/data
SO I tried switching plans to :
500mb 3G data
Unlimited Provincial Talk
Unlimited Text
It withdrew the 32$ payment and left me with 4$ but now I have no credit, nothing updated on my phone I can't call or text anyone and have no use of the data + it's a crappier plan than I had before.
PLEASE fix this for me, I would like to stay on my 42$ plan and receive the necessary credit back as I had 21$ + 25$ payment voucher = 46$, I should still have the 4$ credit but have 1GB data

Can you please give us more details on what the problem is so we can assist you. What is the account status in self service? Are you a new customer?
