Hi plz help me I lost my Sim card and I have access to self serve but my email there is wrong that's why I can't login plz help me

I can't log in. I've had this issue repeatedly, where this new (?) Telus Identity login portal fails to accept my login. I can't even reset my password, because it just throws some unknown 404 error and says to contact the administrator.
How am I supposed to manage my account if I can't log in? This is ridiculous.

The max login exceeded message can be ignored after clearing cache/cookies and closing the browser. After opening the browser again, another login attempt will be permitted.
