Tried setting up my account leaving Fido and transferring existing phone number and setting up auto pay
at the end it gave me an error something about autopay and visa debit.. so I tried again .. 5 times same error. Then no account was created... couldn’t log in .. also it charged my CC 5 times... this process definitely is a headache. Any help would be appreciated

Maybe try the PM Sim card in your phone. Sometimes, it might be working already.
If you were charged already, do not attempt again. As suggested above, contact moderator with relevent information including fido account number, fido account holder name and phone number to be transferred.
In the mean time, continue to use your fido SIM card if it is still working.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache. Maybe try logging in later in the day when the website maybe less busy. If you still have problems then contact a moderator.
