Account disabled

I left public mobile last month for another carrier but have decided to return to PM. I tried to login but the account has been disabled. Is there anyway to get account reinstated?

I don't know if you need to order a  new SIM card, but if you have left the PM and want to join again, you should create a new account since your old one has been cancelled.

@Ttlj Did you happen to port your number to the other carrier? If so, you will need to setup a new account with either;

(i) A New Number

(ii) Your Old PM Number Ported Back
