I had an account set up but forgot to make payments so the account was deactivated. I want to set up an account again (hoping to reuse the same phone number if still available) but when I went to enter in the Sim card # to subscribe to a new plan it said it was already in use. I need help to set up a new account.

I would create a brand new account, with new phone number. Less hassle.

How long were you suspended for?
If more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed. The cell number is usually returned to the original carrier. You are unable to use the same physical SIM card. You will need to purchase a new SIM card.
If less than 90 days, you should be able to access your account and load up funds to restart your plan.
