I do have public mobile number and i want to create self serve account. How I could do that. Please help.

@Maan1 did you activate in store before? if you activate online yourself, you should have the My Account created already
But no worry, PM support is your friend. Open ticket with them, they will confirm if an account is there and will help to create one if it is not there

@Maan1 I think with the new My Account design, you'll have to have a Support rep do that for you. Normally you create your account during the activation process.
But you might have had your activation done in a store, and account wasn't created yet. So you'll need support rep help with that.
