I created my account and started plan activation. ($40/month and free e-Sim). My credit card has been charged with the monthly fee. Then I got this message: Oops, Your payment was processed but an account configuration occurred. Please click below to submit a ticket....
Error Code: M.8703
So I clicked the link but saw nothing that would indicate a ticket had been created. I waited "forever" on a chat window only to learn that was a Sales chat and they couldn't help. I'm hoping you can now sort this out. When I log into my account it wants me to continue activation which I'm not going to do because I don't want a second charge. I cannot get to any account settings because it's not fully set up! Not a great start.

@jazzedbs Maybe try clearing web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito mode or from and other device or computer and try to submit ticket again

all i get is a notification that there is invalid HTML in my message. I can't seem to get it submitted.
