Hi there
I have opened a ticket for change account information from xxxxx@xxxxxl.com to xxxx@xxxx.com. Now I’m not able to login with any of the username. Please advise

Did you get a response from moderator yet? Once moderator has confirmed your identity and switch emails for login, then you are able to use the new login email address.
You should be able to use your old email address now though. Did you forget the password for the old login email address? It is possible that the moderators are in the process of changing everything right now and things are not working with both emails. Might need to wait 30-60 minutes.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
