If you are blocked from trying too many incorrect passwords, you will need to wait 1-3 hours for the account to reset and unlock. Then you could try to reset your password.
If you need to access your account earlier, you can either submit ticket for customer service help or private message CSA. The ticketing system is glitchy recently, so sending a message may be faster.
CSA agent will need to verify some account details. Expect 1-2 hour wait.
