@Sven2 , if you select a new plan and have it take effect immediately you are billed again immediately for the full amount with the previous plan cycle forfeited. Customers are generally encouraged to do plan changes on the next scheduled renewal. No guarantees, you can use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket to see if you can get an adjustment.
