Hi,
I have been trying to get my account activated since Black Friday signed up for the 40GB Data at 5G for $34.
Every time I login to public mobile site it display the option for continue activation even though it had gotten to the point where the app was required. Download the app and continued the process and got as far as step 2 selecting the sim. No matter which option was selected the app returned an error.
Tried contacting cs agent but still waiting for a response. Do I just continue to wait or send another message?

In this case as you tried reinstalling app then I would say wait for the response for a CS agent.

Tried reinstalling the app, now when when i select login nothing happens. The app does not bring up the login screen.

were you using the PM app? if not, download the app and start subscription from there
if you already using it, try to uninstall and reinstall the app and try
