The system was down, probably needed reset. It is back working now.
Only partially though, if you try to change you plan in any way you get generic errors, and the plan page its self doesn't work, tried on Microsoft edge, the same result.

The system was down, probably needed reset. It is back working now.

the same outage happened last night as well in the late hours of the night, give it a few hours it'll come back up.
