So i just got a SIM card from wow mobile and since i am an international student i dont have my canadian credit card yet so i bought some vauchers. The first time i tried to activate my SIM card something went wrong and it didnt register my vouchers. Now i checked my account and it says Account suspended, i tried to reactivate the account but all it did was take my vouchers and put them in my balance. My amount due is 0 dolars but my plan is expired. Now i have 150 dolars sitting in my balance and cant do anything with it.

@Rolling, I am not sure if there is something you can do from within your self serve portal. However, if you send a private message to the moderator team, they will be able to get your account activated for you (using the funds that are already sitting in your account).
Click here to send them a private message. Include your account number and account PIN to speed up the initial identification.
