The following message appears after I sign in to My Account: "Internal System Error". When is this going to be repaired? I need to update my credit card information.

That usually happens once a week give or take (sometimes more) over night and just have to wait it out until the morning

You'll need to do the credit card update at a later time when the Self Serve website is working again. No one here knowa exactly when that'll be.
