Hey all,
I got a new SIM in the mail, so I plugged it into my phone, went to the website and attempted to set up an account. I got several SIM Invalid type errors and somehow in the process I think I botched the account setup. If I try to create an account I get the following line when I enter my current phone number;
* The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here.
So I follow the link through to email verification and then I get this error;
Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.
I think someone just needs to delete my account from the database so that I can try again but then again I'm just taking wild guesses here. Please help!

I would suggest contacting Mod. They will be able to look into your account and help you.

@bergman99 Did you get charged for activating? If yes, your account was created but with some error. If you did not get charged and have no service on your phone, you will need to try activating again as the first activation try probably did not go through.
