Account Problem AGAIN

Hi,

 

I am unable to log into my account and I've tried reseting the password, but for some reason it says my email/ username is incorrect. NEED HELP ASAP

I tried that and it worked, nothing happened to my account actually. I talked to a mod and they said it should be fine.

Making a new account would require a new SIM and different email address than the current one. Plus, transferring your phone number and credits to a different PM account is tricky.

I would suggest to make a new self serve account if you are not able to log in to your current one. This would be alot easier for you, and it would be a great idea to just save password as well when you first log in with your new account.

It's a known bug so no need to get too worry.  A mod will square you up soon.
