Switched to freedom yesterday but the Port out did not fully work. They say I need my PM account number so that can make the request but it seems like my account is not working since the Port out. Please Help

The Pubic Mobile account doesn't get closed if the account number is wrong. Is account log in not working or when you say account not working, do you mean that the Public Mobile service is not working? If Public Mobile service isn't working but you can still log in, was the plan active when you asked for port out? If you can't find the Public account number, Freedom can use IMEI to port from Public to Freedom.

To get your account number click top right of this window and click on my account, your account number will be listed there.

If you cannot login, your port is done
But as PM to confirm . Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
