I just keep going in circles trying to update my credit card information. Nothing loads and I keep getting error messages. All I want to do is pay my account. Is there anybody I can talk to? This has been so frustrating. Between the past two nights ‘Ive spent 4 hours trying to do this. All the problems arose after I was prompted to set up the ever safe feature. After that, I can’t access anything in my account.

How long have you been a Public Mobile customer? Have you been a long time member but just made an eversafe account?
If that is the case you will have to get customer service to link the eversafe account you just created with your existing PM account.
