what you meant by accidentally delete My Account? You cannot delete that. You tried login My Account on the browser using Incognito mode? What error you got?
For esim, there is no way to recover esim if you deleted it. You have to rebuy a new one (unless you have never completed the esim activation).
To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your new phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
