I am a 3 year + customer my account is active I am trying to log in I had forgotten my password got sent a code and updated password it gives me 2 option activate account or log in page

If you cannot receive code by texting - redirect to receive it through email.

You'll need to get a customer support agent to relink your Public Mobile account to your EverSafe login.  Please open a ticket.
