Electronic help is NOT helpful. Just takes me in circles for hours wasted was not able to get here for a long time either. The system acknowledges My identity is correct but error message stops access to account.

if you are seeing the error trying to login, try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.
if same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
