I'm trying to access my account to see information about current plan, payment method, etc. for my daughters plan, but just keep getting a screen asking to either go back to login page or resume with buying and activating a new plan.

you can try accessing My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
but if same, it just means the system somehow cannot find the account from the email login. No worries, you can ask PM support agent to sort it out. Submit ticket by direct message:
