I accepted a text offer that I was sent (30GB US-CAN-MEX for $30/Month) and said YES and got a confirmation that it will be added to my account and take effect on my next renewal date 5 days ago (April 14th) but it's still not on the app/website. I cleared the cache for my app and all and used an incognito browser and they're not on there either. Would love to know what's going on.

if you’re ceratin you accepted the offer but its not showing now, you’ll need the Customer Support to help. Click the orange chat bubble lower right side of the page to start the process
