About the billing what if I want to change my subscription?

Hi there,

If  I want to change my subscription, since it is in the middle of the month ( today is Dec 16), how will Public Moblie charge me on the billing? Prorated? or something else? Thanks for the help.

You have two options for changing your subscriptions you can either change on renewal and meaning it will change on your renewal date or you can change it now meaning that you get charged for the plan now and the plan comes in effective now.

Changing on renewal is better as you do not get charged extra for unused time and it’s just a new plan on your renewal date.

@frog4  Just use the change on renewal option and then plan will switch over to the new plan you select on your renewal day , if you do immediate plan change you will lose out on current cycle and start new plan for 30 days the moment you change it immediately. So best to change on renewal option as there no pro rating for un used time
