Hello i transferred my sim to different device and i had to pay $5 for new sim and on many articles it says it will get reimbursed but cant connect to customer service and also my payment declined today as my credit card was on freeze and its last day and i tried my best to pay but its not letting me to . i tried to contact customer support so i can make payment on time but no answer it says service not available.
please help as i don’t wanna have mispayments or extra charges on my account
