I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Yesterday, half way through the day, I suddenly could send or receive MMS text and pictures. I did nothing different with my phone to cause this issue.
I checked the APN and it's as it should be, my data is on, and I've powered off and restarted, so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the provider?
Looking for some assistance so this issue can be resolved.

do you have mms on APN type? and make sure no space
and of course, make sure you turned on Mobile data for MMS to send
and last, is there only one APN profile there?

I did this last night - manual update of the APN settings - because I had the same issue. Suddenly couldn't send photos via text, but regular text is fine. My phone is OnePlus 11.

Try changing the APN settings. This happened on one of my phones. Go to Settings go to Connections click Mobile networks click Access Point Names. Then click three lines and click Add then go to the link below or use the New APN settings Softech provided. If after you’ve put in the new APN settings and it still doesn’t work click Reset to Default.
