Hey @sjhadall I hope one of the moderators can help you today.
My understanding is that PM will be adjusting people's next billing dates to 90 days after their issues have been resolved. I know this doesn't fix your issue, but thought I'd mention it, in case you're thinking you'll lose the days you paid for while "being stuck in port".
