Hello,

I am activating my sim in my ipad, had all the information encoded till I reach to Enter province and City. It won’t let me pick the city and I am stucked. Tried to do it in my other laptop and it says sim number is invalid. Please advise.

Hi Rebecca

Your sim is locked into previous session and it will be held for about 50 minutes.

When you try again, make sure you clear out history and cache and best is to use incognito mode.

Also don't forget your friend's referral code the next time you try (that option is not checked by default)
