Hi, my daughter has not been able to log into her account since early December. She was logged in with an email address that got closed. She's not sure if she tried changing her account email to her new one. The problem is that she is not sure what the correct password is for either account as they were changed at some point. She has tried forgot password. Unfortunately, it asks her to log into her account. She has been trying for months to get help with this through a Customer Support Agent. No one has come forth to assist from Customer Support. She has wanted to go into her account to change her plan, but she has not been able to. What can she do to get into her account? You can communicate with me through my account. Thanks.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
