It could, but now that the promo is over, I'm going to hope that they'll be able to get things fixed quicker.

I waited 8 days for my Koodo prepaid number to be ported to Public Mobile. You can definitely expect to wait a week for help, since the mods are so busy with activating new customers because of this promotion.
