90 Day phone plan renewed yesterday but am not able to call my local home landline

I have a 90 day phone plan that includes province wide calling.

 

My plan renewed yesterday but now I am no longer able to call my landline (a local, in province call). I am getting a notification that I have not paid for that service. I have checked my account to confirm that I have indeed paid for the appropriate service.

@acmefawkes, sorry to hear that you are having issues.  Is it just calling that is not working, do you have data and texting capabilities?  For this I think you will need to be in contact with a mod.  I will tag @Shazia_K, (I see it is actually Mary here right now but she will still get it) but you should send her a private message with your Phone number and SIM card number and explain your issue.  To private message her click on her name then on the right side of the page is a Send Message button.
