Calling Features: Call Display, Voicemail, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Conference Calling

The advertisement doesn't say anything about call features.

Yes. Features such as call display, voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding, and conference calling are included with all Public Mobile plans.
