8 dollars disappeared from my account. Need help ASAP

I had $12 in my account. I need to purchase US Roaming addon, but when I tried adding it, it said I had insufficient funds. It costs 8 dollars. Now I checked and I have 4 dollars in my account but the roaming addon was not added. I'm travelling to US tonight, I need help asap.
